You can view your points history by logging into your account and navigating to the 'Points History' section. This will show all the points you have earned, redeemed, and any adjustments made.
Certain rewards can be combined with other offers. Please check the reward details to see if they can be combined with other discounts.
Advancing to the next tier is based on the total points earned. For example, you need 500 points to reach the Knight tier and 1100 points for the Grand Master tier.
Members who achieve the Knight tier or higher are eligible for a permanent 5% discount on all purchases, applied automatically at checkout.
Points are only awarded to registered members of the loyalty program. We encourage you to sign up to start earning points on your purchases.
Points earned under our loyalty program do not expire, allowing you to accumulate and use them at your convenience.
Points can be redeemed for discounts or free products. Simply click on the Armoury widget on the bottom left hand corner, then select redeem in "discounts".
For mobile users, select "The Armoury" from the main menu then "Overview".
Our loyalty program features several tiers: Squire, Knight, and Grand Master. Each tier offers unique rewards and benefits, such as earning more points per purchase and exclusive discounts.
You can earn points by placing orders as a part of our loyalty program. For every £10 spent, you will earn 1 point. Additionally, various tiers within the program may offer different point multipliers.
